WHAT DOES IT HELP?
InModes new Morpheus8 Platform, which features the Morpheus8 Body with Burst. Based on the success of Morpheus8’s proprietary Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device (SARD), the new Morpheus8 Platform and Morpehus8 Body Handpiece provides physicians with a modular fractional solution for face and body remodeling, penetrate tissue with a thermal profile of 8mm (7mm + 1mm thermal profile).
WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT DO?
It tightens skin at the surface level while contouring the subdermal fat tissue. The results are observable in both the face and body. Fine lines, wrinkles, scars and stretch marks fade away beneath Morpheus8’s penetrating microneedles and sublime radiofrequency treatments. It shrinks pores, too.
All of these gains are achieved with minimal discomfort and trauma to the skin. Unlike dermal rollers, the Morpheus8 applicator administers microneedles cleanly and deeply without pulling or straining the skin. The device applies gentle temperatures that won’t harm surrounding tissues. And, unlike similar devices—even those that employ similar technology—Morpheus8 minimizes post-procedure redness.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Radiofrequency is a type of energy that has been scientifically proven to provoke collagen remodeling. Microneedling is a technique of creating tiny puncture wounds in the superficial dermis to stimulate an increase in the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells. Several radiofrequency devices have been developed in the past decade. This energy is safe and effective for cosmetic improvements that include scar reduction and skin tightening. The Morpheus 8 combines the two, delivering the thermal energy of radiofrequency waves to deeper layers of tissue via the adjustable microneedles. Ultimately, micro-needling with radiofrequency affects both the epidermis and the dermis for maximum results.
