These are valid for 5 years and can be used towards any treatment, service and or retail item. General Amount Gift Certificates are legally valid for 5 years across the United States. PMD Cash is valid for 6 months, it cannot be combined with monthly specials and or flash sales. It can be applied towards non discounted single services/treatments, retail product or a generally discounted package.

New Patients will need to complete new Patient Medical Paperwork and get a quick in person clearance exam where we can verify they are good healthy candidates for the Medical Aesthetic Treatments they are seeking.
All Medical Spa Facilities and or Medical Facilities who provide non-surgical cosmetic procedures, prescribe and administer FDA approved drugs, use or provide any Prescription FDA Medical Devices or Prescription FDA Aesthetic Products should be following Texas Medical Board Code 193.17 that covers Delegation and our Medical niche and the items relevant to it as well.
The above is NOT applicable to Spa Treatments as those fall under TDLR.
We do not put profit above patient safety, your medical history and clearance exam will need to be updated annually as a patient of ours. This is always free of charge. We do not write the laws, but we do work hard to follow them for your safety outright.
