Why Does PMD Need Ambassadors?
- We provide unique personal services that are hard to get good photos and videos of compared to many other business services or items that could be marketed and captured far more easily.
- We do sometimes ask patients on the fly if they wouldn't mind us getting an up close or partial face/area moment of their treatment in the clinic. Everyone signs their release already in their intake paperwork and annual updates. We always ask when we do.
- BUT its hard to get the real and raw photos and videos we need at times to show how a treatment or service occurs from start to finish if patients or customers are not okay with us using their full face or area.
What an Amabassador Has To Be Okay With:
- Their full body, face, or treatment area to be shown fully and captured. (You've seen our marketing and weve had the same fantastic woman Angelina from Short Eared Dog doing it for over 6 years now!) Its tasteful, fun and educational. We wont post bad angles, strained faces, or off things.
- Photos will be used on printed materials, our website, all social media platforms we use (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and others), and a variety of other places too. We will use them in all of these areas and if you are not okay with that leeway on our end - this is NOT for you.
- You will also be video'd giving a testimonial of your experience post on this same day. Angelina will have some basic questions for you to share your honest experience. Many patients like yourselves would like to know how painful something was from a 1/10, or if they would do it again, or whatever!
- You must pay a deposit for the noted service and or treatment to lock in your spot for it. This helps us cover parts of some services costs on a backend. It is not covering all costs, it may just be a single use cartidge or time on a device. Our overhead is higher than patients and customers think - like all businesses. Employees are paid for their time on the clock also so please make your spot - our whole little ambassador days are about our marketing girl, our employees getting dolled up and being present and you also being there.
- Times and Days are set in stone. There is no wiggle room on scooting things around.
- If you are selected, pre-pay to reserve your model call spot and you don't show up for it PMD will keep your pre-payment.
- You can only select one service or treatment.
- You will only be picked for one service if you are.
How do I apply to this Model Call?
Please apply below in the form. This is our first model call and you can only be picked for one option. So please select the one you are interested in the most as a option to go in for. If you are not selected this time, we will be doing this another 1-2 more times this year to get high quality content.
We are more likely to pick patients and customers who have already entrsuted us with their bodies and budgets, but we may accept ones who are not. However, they will be more likely to be selected. We thought it would be a fun way to love on them and feature yall too!
